Team Leader (Manchester)

As Team Leader on our Peer Support contract across Greater Manchester I am responsible for the support workers and coordinators who are helping people on probation to live a more fulfilling life and to be integrated as a part of their community.

I joined CLI in 2021 starting out as a volunteer coordinator and I have progressed into the Team Leader role.

At CLI, we have a wonderful team of paid staff and volunteers where everyone is focused on providing the best quality support and opportunities to the individuals who are referred into us. Personally, I have always been interested in this area of work due to my own personal experiences. It gives me great satisfaction and a sense of personal achievement to know that I am helping others to progress and succeed where otherwise they may not.
