Team Leader (Manchester)

As Team Leader on our Peer Support contract across Greater Manchester I am responsible for the support workers and coordinators who are helping people on probation to live a more fulfilling life and to be integrated as a part of their community.

I joined CLI in 2021 starting out as a volunteer coordinator and I have progressed into the Team Leader role.

At CLI, we have wonderful team of paid staff and volunteers where everyone is focused on providing the best quality support and opportunities to the individuals who are referred into us. Personally, I have always been interested in this area of work due to my own personal experiences. It gives me great satisfaction and a sense of personal achievement to know that I am helping others to progress and succeed where otherwise they may not.
