I am the Team leader for the peer support contract in Greater Manchester. Working with a team of 8 Engagement & Support Workers who are mentors to people who are under the national probation service.

I joined CLI in 2021 after completing my degree in forensic psychology and criminology. Growing up I saw people in my home town, friends and Family, experiencing difficulties with mental health, substance misuse and entering the revolving door of criminality. CLI helps tackle these issues.

I love working here at CLI. We are an organisation that stands by its values for the people we support as well as our colleagues. It is really like having a work family. Everyone is always on hand to help each other and deal with problems when they arise, together.
