Team Leader (Bedford)

I am responsible for overseeing and developing our amazing team of support workers in the South.

I started as a volunteer with CLI in 2019 and this sparked a passion for helping others to make positive changes in their lives to enable them to maintain and continue their own recovery and independence.

I was fortunate to be able to continue into employment with CLI in 2021. Since then, I have been able to be part of many service users’ journeys in their recovery, helping them make positive changes to move forward in their lives. The impact that CLI has on others, their values, and culture they uphold is truly special and being part of this has been a very humbling and rewarding experience.

I have also progressed my career with CLI to my current role where I am now supporting our team in the South to grow and develop their own skills and ensure an outstanding delivery of service to those we support.
