What We Do

Our Offer

We deliver a range of programmes across the country including

  • 121 Mentoring and Peer Support
  • Recovery Community Development
  • Recovery and Resettlement Housing

All our services are built on a genuine co-production with the people we help. We share our lived experiences, connect people to a community of care and support and help them realise they are more than their pasts.

“My mentor was the difference, I felt their offer of help was genuine, it was more than just a job to them.”

121 Peer Support

We understand that people who have been through challenges and may find reintegration into ‘normal’ life difficult.

Our goal is to facilitate a smoother transition by creating a supportive community. We prioritise listening and offer community-based support that is centred around the needs and preferences of the people we support.

We specialise in developing trusted relationships with people who are wanting to make positive changes.  Using a range of interventions and our Inspire, Transform, Flourish model, we help the people we support to transform their lives.

Every relationship we develop is tailored to the needs of the individual with an emphasis on building on their personal strengths.  We guide them to overcome any practical barriers they face to bring stability to day-to-day life, set future focused goals and aspirations, and empower people to invest in their self-development.

Our 121 support takes place in the community, local to the individual, enabling them to connect into activities that will improve their health and wellbeing, provide purpose and opportunities to flourish.

With set goals and structure, those we support can begin to see their potential and make positive connections.

“The support is genuine and without strings so there is a genuine trust there – building that safety network is part of the concrete ground.

Recovery Community Development

In addition to our direct services, we actively engage with the broader community to raise awareness about addiction and reduce the associated stigma. Through educational campaigns, partnerships with local organisations, and advocacy efforts, we strive to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.

We understand that recovery is a deeply personal journey, and we are committed to walking alongside each individual every step of the way. By fostering a sense of community, offering tailored support, and promoting understanding, we aim to empower those affected by addiction to reclaim their lives and build a brighter future.

“I feel like I have fallen through the cracks a lot of my life, I have always had issues with support services and accessing support to help me… you have made me realise that people do care and people want to help”

Recovery Housing

We support people impacted by addiction, motivating them to embrace positive transformations in their lives. We hold the belief that no one should endure the stigma tied to addiction, and that everyone seeking assistance deserves to feel valued and respected. We create environments where individuals can connect with others and initiate the essential changes needed for independent, healthy living.

We have developed a unique housing pathway that provides specialised advice and support tailored for individuals at every phase of their recovery journey. Our approach is holistic, addressing not only the physical aspects of addiction but also the emotional, social, and psychological elements that play a crucial role in a person’s recovery.

We offer a range of structured programs, from mentoring and therapy sessions to recovery-building workshops and recreational activities, all designed to foster resilience and self-sufficiency.

We place a strong emphasis on peer support. We believe that sharing experiences and insights with others who have faced similar challenges can be incredibly empowering. Our peer mentors, many of whom are in recovery themselves, provide invaluable guidance and encouragement, helping individuals navigate the often complex and daunting path to recovery.

Stage 1 – Our supported living accommodations also serve as administrative hubs, offering residents initial assessments, inductions, co-produced support, planning, and safety management services. Each resident has a private, single-occupancy room, with shared access to kitchen and bathroom facilities, all maintained to a high standard. We provide 24 hours a day staffing.

Stage 2 – Our supported living properties help residents transition toward more independent living in smaller units, typically 3 or 4 bedroom houses. Residents have their own room and share kitchen and bathroom facilities. While staff support is still provided, residents also have access to a 24-hour call-out service.

Stage 3 – At this stage, we encourage residents to embrace independent living, free from the cycles of homelessness and addiction. When our residents are ready, we provide a next stage referral pathway as part of the pathway. These properties require residents to be stable on prescribed medications and maintain abstinence from illicit substances.
