Our standard employee terms and conditions are as below:

Hours per week: 37.5hrs
Work pattern: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) with 30 mins unpaid lunch break
Probation period: 6 months
Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays including three taken between Christmas and New Year
Pension: Peoples Pension scheme, contributions are 3% employer and 5% employee

I have worked in HR for 9 years and more recently have worked in sectors which aim to help people better their lives. I was drawn to working at CLI as I could clearly see the passion that everyone had for helping people, as well the strong work ethic.

I joined CLI in June 2022 and I have never felt so welcomed into a company. I felt a part of the CLI team from week one. CLI recognise the hard work, skills, knowledge and passion that each individual brings which is always great to see.
