Service Manager (Luton)

I began my journey with CLI in 2023 as Recovery Community Engagement Coordinator, leading the development of the service in Luton and working closely with partners to create support that truly meets people’s needs. As the service and team have grown, I am proud to now be a Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of the service.
My role now focuses on running the service, ensuring high standards of care, and strengthening partnerships by helping others better understand recovery and how we can work more closely together. Alongside this, I remain passionate about building a supportive recovery community within Luton, promoting peer support and opportunities that help people feel confident as they move forward in their recovery.
I take pride in my work, and I strongly believe that the voices of those experiencing our services should be at the heart of decision-making, this is what I strive for every day.
I am proud to be part of CLI, where compassion, integrity, and community drive everything we do. It’s a privilege to work alongside such passionate and dedicated people, and to witness the positive impact our service has on individuals and the wider community.
