Team Leader (Manchester)

I’m a Team Leader supporting staff across our Peer Support and Housing First contract in Greater Manchester.

I work closely with support workers and coordinators who help people build better lives and feel part of their communities.

At CLI, our staff are all focused on giving the best possible support and opportunities to the people we work with. I have always been drawn to this kind of work because of my own personal experiences. It is really rewarding to see people make progress and succeed, especially when they might not have had the chance otherwise.
