Head of HR

I manage all people related issues, advising managers in relation to employee relations, HR policies, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.

I joined CLI in 2022 after seeing a job advertisement for this role. I was drawn to working at CLI as the values aligned to my own. In my role, every day involves a new challenge which I thoroughly enjoy.

CLI believes in making positive changes to peoples lives and putting people first and being able to do that for our own team make me feel very proud of working at CLI.
