It is my job to steer the organisation to achieve our social mission in a way that keeps us aligned to our values, ensure we deliver excellent outcomes for those we support and that CLI is a great, supportive place to work.

I founded CLI back in 2013 together with Matt Kidd, built on our own experience of rebuilding our lives after addiction, mental ill health, and involvement with the criminal justice system.

I love that on a daily basis I know the work we do is making a positive difference in the world. And working with such an enthusiastic, hard working, positive team of people who genuinely care about those we support.
