Inspirational Leader

Our managing director Peter Atherton has been nominated for the inspirational individual award for “individuals with convictions who are inspiring colleagues, family and friends by showing how a different life can be lived”. Peter was nominated for this award for overseeing CLI’s growth from a volunteer led project to one with 5 separate contracts to deliver a diverse range of services to people with convictions, people in recovery from addiction and family members.

This was achieved through inspirational leadership of people, maximising the performance of staff and volunteers to ensure targets are met. CLI’s meticulous management of contracts, that has seen contracts renewed and expanded.
